Today I bought myself a journal.
What I’m hoping to do is have control over my emotions.
Not even control actually, just understand what I’m feeling and why I’m feeling it.
For some reason it’s hard for me to pin point the source.
Timothy is going to help me also. I said I’d write in it everyday
until I see him again and if he could read it and make me
talk about some of the things I wrote about. I have a hard time
talking about things,I’d like to think this could help me do that
and I’m really close and comfortable with him so why not?
So basically he’s going to be my therapist.
